Product Description
CMe2100 GPRS is an M-Bus Metering Gateway for Mobile Network that reads up to 128 M-Bus meters, compiles meter data into customized reports and delivers it to a receiving system by a set schedule and integration protocol via GPRS. The product is equipped with an IR interface which enables it to communicate with other devices from Elvaco's CMe/CMeX Series as well as ABB electricity meters without using any cables. CMe2100 GPRS is further compatible with all other meters that use the M-Bus standard protocol. The product can be configured and updated remotely through text messages or HTTP, which means that settings can easily be changed without having to visit the installation site. The CMe2100 GPRS has a compact housing made of robust polyamide, which blends discreetly into its surroundings. Communication with the user takes place via simple LED signals, wherein different colors can indicate the current status of the measurement system or an error message. The user-friendly interface allows easy reading, functional testing and configuration of the M-Bus Metering Gateway. Depending on the number of meters that the CMe2100 GPRS reads out at the same time, the data collected is stored over a certain period of time. While the data from 128 meters is available and retrievable for four days, the data from just one meter is stored for a full 500 days. With the built-in pushbutton, the CMe2100 GPRS can be reset to factory settings if an unknown or unsolvable problem occurs. What's included: Stub antenna for mobile network (GPRS)
